The ‘Goa Expert’ program is an interactive learning experience designed to improve one's knowledge of Goa and equip one with the skills to promote Goa as a well-deserved tourist destination; in essence, one becomes an expert on Goan tourism, thus giving the much-needed boost to improve the level of service provided to the clients. The program is divided into three graded levels: ‘Discover’, ‘Explore’ and ‘Experience’, the completion of each entitles one to a 'Goa Expert' corresponding Level Certificate which can be printed.
